Melt 1/2 Tspn. butter in a pan
Once the butter is melted add the skin peeled apple pieces
Add 2 pinch chilli powder
2 pinch chat masala
2 pinch Black salt
if not you can even add normal salt
2 pinch pepper
Stir and mix it well
keep the flame in low mode
stir it in flame for 2 mins
Apple should not cooked fully
After 2 mins add 2 pinch garam masala
I'm adding little more chat masala
mix it well and switch off
Now the simple and spicy apple chat is ready
