I wasnt able to make the original recipe because i dont have a 20litre pot, so i trimmed ot down to 2/3 and it worked well. Ingredients: 11 apples 7 cups be in sugar 13 black tea bags 20g yeast 13 litre water Leave to stand for 7 days (Original recipe measurements:) 16 apples 2kg brown sugar 20 five roses tea bags 20g brewer's yeast 20 litre water
